Bookings and payment

Your place is confirmed once payment has been received. Bookings are for the session or series of sessions stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellations and refunds

If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Individual session bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the session. After this point, bookings are non-refundable, although you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else.

Bookings for a complete series may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the first session. Once the series has begun, missed sessions cannot normally be refunded or transferred to a later series.

If Threading Voices cancels

If we need to cancel a session, you will be offered a refund for the cancelled session or, where possible, an alternative date.

If a complete series has to be cancelled, you will receive a refund for any sessions that do not take place.

Transferring your booking

You may give your booking to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact us beforehand so that we know who to expect.

The sessions

Threading Voices sessions are participatory group singing sessions for adults. Songs are generally taught by ear and no previous singing experience or ability to read music is required.

Please follow any reasonable guidance given by the session leader or venue to help keep the session comfortable and safe for everyone.

To help create a relaxed and present space, we ask that phones are kept away during sessions. Please do not make audio or video recordings or take photographs during a session without prior agreement. This helps protect everyone’s privacy and allows people to sing without feeling observed or recorded.

Changes

Occasionally we may need to make reasonable changes to session arrangements, such as the room or session leader. We will let booked participants know about any significant changes.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
